REFUND AND RETURN POLICY
3. Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition you received it:
- Coffee beans and ground coffee must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging.
- Merchandise and brewing equipment must be unused, with tags attached, and in original packaging.
- A valid receipt or proof of purchase is required.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label and instructions. Please do not send any items back without contacting us first, as they will not be accepted.
4. Damages and Issues
Upon receiving your order, please inspect it thoroughly to ensure it is what you ordered and that it is in good condition. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
5. Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns for:
• Perishable goods: Opened coffee beans or grounds, due to food safety regulations.
• Sale items and gift cards: These are final sale and cannot be returned.
If you’re unsure whether your item qualifies, please reach out before initiating a return.
6. Exchanges
The fastest way to receive a replacement item is to return the original and place a new order.
If you're not satisfied with your unused purchase, return it to us within 3 days of receiving it. It must be in its original packaging and returned at your own cost.
Once received and inspected, we will issue a refund or arrange an exchange—shipping of the new item will also be at your cost.
7. Incorrect Items
If we sent you an incorrect item, please notify us within 7 days. We will arrange collection and send the correct item or provide a refund if preferred.
8. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the outcome. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 14 business days.
Please note that your bank or credit card provider may take additional time to reflect the refund.
