Return and Refund Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it:

  • Coffee beans and coffee grounds must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging.

  • T-shirts must be unworn, unwashed, with tags attached, and in their original packaging.

  • You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, contact us at sales@asmaracoffee.co.za. Returns must be sent to the following address:
Asmara Coffee, 51 5th St, Wynberg, Sandton, 2090

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned:

  • Perishable goods: We cannot accept returns on opened coffee beans or coffee grounds due to food safety regulations.

  • Sale items and gift cards: These are final sale and cannot be returned.

Please contact us if you have any questions about your specific item before initiating a return.

Exchanges
The fastest way to get the item you want is to return the item you have. Once the return is accepted, you can make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you if the refund is approved. If approved, your refund will be automatically processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your return and you haven’t received your refund, please contact us at sales@asmaracoffee.co.za.
