Shipping policy
1. Shipping Methods & Delivery Timeframes
We use The Courier Guy for all deliveries within South Africa. Shipping times may vary depending on your location:

Regional Areas: 2–5 business days

Outlying Areas: 3–7 business days
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. You will receive a tracking number once your order has been dispatched.
2. Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and the weight of your order.
3. Delivery Address & Availability
Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and accessible. We do not deliver to P.O. Boxes. If you are unavailable during delivery, The Courier Guy may attempt redelivery or contact you for further instructions.
4. Tracking Your Order
Once dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS. You can track your parcel via The Courier Guy’s website at www.thecourierguy.co.za.
5. Delays & Force Majeure
While we aim for timely deliveries, delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather, strikes, or courier backlogs. We are not liable for such delays but will assist in resolving any issues.
6. Damaged or Lost Parcels
If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 48 hours at [your email/phone]. We will assist in lodging a claim with The Courier Guy and arrange a replacement or refund where applicable.
7. Returns & Shipping Costs
